Facts on the table, not in promises
I founded Małopolska Grupa Doradcza in June 2017 in Krakow. I was tired of corporate talk about visions that changed nothing in an entrepreneur's wallet. For the past 14 years, I have worked directly on production floors and in accounting offices. I've seen hundreds of errors that cost owners real money. In my approach, we count every penny. If I see that an investment in a new technological line won't pay for itself within 38 months, I say it straight to your face. No fluff and no unnecessary adjectives.
In 2023, I personally oversaw 118 projects for companies in the metal and food sectors in Małopolska. My work starts with hard data. I don't believe in intuition; I believe in a spreadsheet. For example, for a client from Myślenice, we caught errors in power charge billing, saving him 84,320 PLN annually. These are the results that interest me. We check facts, not suppliers' marketing brochures.
How I work daily
My calendar is arranged around specific tasks. I don't like meetings that last longer than 45 minutes. I usually reply to emails within 2 hours and 14 minutes because I respect the time of people running businesses. At Małopolska Grupa Doradcza, I make sure every report that reaches a client is understandable for someone who spent their life in production, not just at a desk. We use simple words and clear charts. Our effectiveness in recovering overpaid operating costs currently stands at 94.2%.
- Verification of contracts with utility and raw material suppliers.
- Productivity audit of 14 key machines in the production cycle.
- Securing financial liquidity for purchases above 1.2 million PLN.
- Preparing realistic exit plans for investment debts.
Sometimes we are the most expensive on the market, but our analyses pay for themselves on average after 5 months of cooperation. Honestly, if you're looking for someone who will just agree with you, this isn't the address for you. We point out errors, even painful ones. Marek Jaworski is a man who would rather spend three hours at a CNC machine checking its real man-hour cost than sit at an industry banquet. P.S. The first phone call always serves to determine if we can help you at all — if not, we'll say so in the 5th minute.
