We then charge 14.6% of the amount you actually save thanks to our changes on an annual scale. We issue invoices after the completion of a specific stage of work or in weekly cycles. You have 7 days to pay the invoice from its issue date. If you are more than 3 business days late with the transfer, we suspend oversight work until the funds are credited. We count every penny, so we care about financial timeliness on both sides.

For us to detect errors in 94.6% of analyzed projects, we need reliable documents from you. You must provide us with full contracts with machine suppliers, electricity invoices from the last 12 months, and allow free entry to the hall. If our engineer arrives for scheduled oversight and the plant is closed, we will charge 79.1% of the daily rate for readiness to work. Please designate one decision-maker for contact, preferably a foreman or production manager. They should know what is happening on the line in a given hour and pass the facts to us. Remember that we deliver our reports in 7 business days, but this clock starts only when we receive a complete set of data. Without invoices and technical specifications, we are not able to reliably assess your risk.

We check facts, not the promises of salespeople selling machines. Our reports are based on measurements, physics, and economics; however, you as the owner make the final purchase decision. We do not take responsibility for hidden manufacturing defects of equipment that cannot be detected during a standard assembly audit. However, if we make an error in our energy cost calculations, we will correct the analysis within 48 hours without any additional charges. We do not promise that every machine will pay for itself in a year, but we show real payback time based on hard service and energy costs. Małopolska Grupa Doradcza is not a party to your legal disputes with suppliers. We provide you with substantive arguments and numbers that you place as a fact on the table during negotiations. We are responsible for the reliability of our technical analysis.

You can resign from our services at any time with a 14-day notice period. However, if a report has already been generated and sent, you must settle the full amount for the given module. We try to resolve all misunderstandings amicably during a meeting at our office at the Main Market Square. If this brings no effect, the dispute will be settled by the court competent for our company's headquarters in Krakow. Changes to the regulations are published on this page 7 days in advance. Using our programs after this date means you accept the new terms of cooperation. Usually, changes only concern technical rates for travel to clients outside the Krakow district. Everything with us is in black and white because we respect your time and capital, which we protect from errors.
